I’m a huge fan of podcast.
Though what I listen to changes from time to time there are a few shows that have stayed in rotation lately.
Dan Carlin does an amazing podcast called Hardcore History. Dan has many years as a professional radio host. His passion for history and unique delivery makes for a great episode every time. This is a big think, well worth a deep dive. Start with Prophets of Doom, or Wrath of the Khans.
The Tim Ferriss Show, Tim podcast, is a rare deep dive into the habits of world-class performers. A great example is his interview with Jamie Foxx. I listen to almost every episode.
Brendan & Bryan want to make you laugh during The Fighter & The Kid. And trust me they do. Rapaport doesn’t fact check but each episode is entertaining.
The Joe Rogan Experience is different each time, but you’ll always hear an authentic conversation. Another podcaster with a true authentic voice is Lewis Howes on The School of Greatness.
And I can’t forget about my weekly tech and startup fix with this WEEK in TECH and This Week in Startups.
I like to find inspiration in the work of people who show up and do the work. Daily, or weekly for years. This is what happens when people step up, keep their promises and make things happen.
As we head towards the end of the year, I’m reminded of how much I enjoy podcasting. How much I’m learning in an audio form.
If you’re looking for a recommendation on what to watch on Hulu or Netflix checkout the Stream Team Show.
